Facilitated by trained, supportive and experienced coaches, this is ideal for support staff through to mid-level management. Sessions can be held both on and off-site.
Ideal for more senior members of staff this 6 x 60 minute package includes the development of a CV and Cover Letter, and can also cover a wide range of topics such as interview techniques, networking, managing recruiters, cold calling and career planning. Tailored to the needs of the individual, we are able to support, motivate and equip your employees through what can sometimes be an isolating and lengthy process.
For individuals needing extra support, additional one-off 60 minute coaching sessions are available.
Workshops can be an efficient and effective way to deliver support to a group of individuals or a team exiting the business. Delivered as either a half day or full day, each workshop is tailored to cater to your group's needs.
Working with a ratio of 1:10 facilitator:attendees, workshop modules can include CV and Cover Letter Development, Interview Skills, Job Search Strategies, Employment Agencies, Networking and LinkedIn.
All workshops are designed to be interactive, with attendees obtaining both informative and practical solutions that they can apply immediately.
An additional half hour coaching session is available to each participant and built in to the workshop package.
For smaller budgets we also deliver stand alone services, for even greater flexibility.

Beginning with an initial 60 minute phone consultation, an experienced consultant will then develop a draft CV specific to the requirements of the individual within a turn-around time of 5 working days. Final touches are then added to ensure the end document is complete to the satisfaction of the individual.

Reviewed by many employers and employment agencies looking to hire talent, it is imperative a LinkedIn profile provides the right information in the right way. Covering live job analysis; how to identify what an employer will look for; general and competency based interview questions; a useful formula to help keep on track with interview responses; and mock interview practise, our consultants provide the individual with constructive feedback, guidance and support throughout. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face (in Auckland) or via phone or Skype throughout New Zealand.
