We have packages available where our experienced consultants will work 1:1 with you, providing practical post redundancy support and guidance in transitioning and navigating your way through the world of work. Programmes can be delivered face-to-face (Auckland only) or via phone or Skype throughout New Zealand.

"Core Essentials"

A comprehensive package equipping you with the tools required to support your transition from redundancy into the job market. This package delivers 4 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions covering CV Development, LinkedIn profile, Job Search Strategies and Interview Skills, plus 2 x 15 minute weekly follow ups. Facilitated by trained, supportive and experienced coaches, this is ideal for support staff through to mid-level management.  

"Comprehensive"

Ideal for middle management level and upwards, this 6 x 60 minute package includes the development of a CV and Cover Letter and can also cover a wide range of topics including interviewing techniques, networking, managing recruiters, cold calling and career planning. Tailored to your needs, we are able to support and motivate you through what can sometimes be an isolating and lengthy process.

Additional Coaching

For those seeking extra support, additional 60 minute coaching sessions are available.
